1. Who is organising the workshop?
These Booking Terms apply to bookings for Build Your Business Freedom, organised by Verve Creative Solutions (Oxford) Limited, trading as Business Unboxed (“we”, “us” or “our”). The workshop is hosted by Rachel Foord and Mick Betteridge.

2. The workshop
Event: Build Your Business Freedom.
Date: 24 November 2026.
Time: 9am–1pm.
Location: Bournemouth. Exact venue details will be provided with your booking confirmation.
Format: A live, four-hour, in-person workshop, with a maximum of 24 attendees.
The workshop introduces The Life-Led Business Blueprint and focuses on business numbers, team responsibilities and use of time.
Refreshments are provided. Parking and a railway station are nearby; specific travel information will be supplied with the venue details. The workshop will not be recorded or streamed.
Please contact us before booking if you need information about accessibility or other arrangements essential to your attendance.
3. Tickets and payment
The ticket price is £27 per person, including VAT.
The full amount payable will be displayed before you pay. Your place is confirmed after successful payment. We will provide booking confirmation and a copy of, or a way to retain, the terms applying to your booking.
Our checkout collects your name, email address and phone number. Booking confirmation is sent by email and SMS. Please provide accurate details. If you do not receive your confirmation, check your email spam folder and contact us using the booking email above.
Each booking is for one attendee. Guest tickets are not available. Bookings are subject to availability and the stated capacity.
Your ticket is for this workshop only. It does not include enrolment in the full Life-Led Business Blueprint or any other programme. Any separate purchase will have its own stated price and terms. Booking the workshop does not oblige you to purchase further support.
4. If you cancel before the event
For bookings made for business purposes, our standard policy is that your £27 ticket is non-refundable if you cancel before the event.
To notify us of a cancellation, email [email protected] with the attendee's name and booking details.
This policy does not affect our separate attendance-value guarantee in section 5, a refund due because we cancel or reschedule as set out below, or any cancellation or refund rights that apply by law.
Consumer bookings and statutory rights
This workshop is intended for business owners developing their businesses. However, if you book as a consumer and a statutory cooling-off right applies to your booking, that right takes priority over our standard non-refundable policy.
Where that right applies to an online service booking, you may cancel within 14 days after the day the contract is entered into, without giving a reason. Tell us by a clear statement sent to the booking email or postal address above.
We will provide any refund required by applicable law. Where a statutory cancellation refund is due, it will be made without undue delay and within the applicable legal time limit, normally using your original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
We do not treat acceptance of these Booking Terms as a waiver of statutory cancellation rights. If a service is to begin during an applicable cooling-off period, any express request or acknowledgement required by law must be obtained separately.
5. Your £27 attendance-value guarantee
If you attend the workshop and genuinely feel you did not receive value, simply let us know at the event and we will arrange a full refund of your £27 attendance fee there and then.
Speak to Rachel, Mick or the event team at the workshop and provide enough booking information for us to identify your payment.
This is a guarantee of the value of your workshop experience, not a guarantee of increased profit, a particular business result or a specific number of hours saved.
Arranging a refund at the event does not mean that the funds will necessarily appear in your bank account immediately. Payment-provider and bank processing times may apply. This does not limit any separate legal right to a refund.
6. If you do not attend
If you do not attend, the ticket fee is not refunded under our standard business-booking policy. The attendance-value guarantee requires attendance and does not apply to a no-show.
This does not affect any cancellation or refund rights that apply by law.
7. If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel the workshop, we will notify you using the contact details supplied with your booking and refund the full ticket price paid.
If we reschedule the workshop, we will notify you and offer you a choice: attend on the replacement date or receive a full refund of the ticket price paid. You will not be required to accept a replacement date instead of a refund.
We will explain how to request your chosen option when we notify you. Any refund we agree or are required to provide will be processed without undue delay. These provisions do not reduce any additional rights you may have by law.
8. Business guidance and participant responsibility
The workshop provides general educational guidance on business management. It is not a substitute for individual legal, tax, regulated financial or clinical advice where such advice is needed.
Business results depend on your circumstances and implementation. We do not guarantee increased profits, a business that runs entirely without you or a particular amount of time saved.
Please consider your own business circumstances before applying an idea and seek suitable professional advice where appropriate. This section does not exclude responsibilities or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy, questions and complaints
We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. These Booking Terms are not a substitute for that policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any statutory rights you may have or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
