03

If you miss a session.

The programme is designed as a live, small-group experience. If you are unable to attend a session, we cannot offer a refund, partial refund, credit or replacement session.

Where reasonably possible, we may share materials provided to the group. This is not guaranteed and is not a substitute for attendance.

04

Changes or cancellation by us.

We aim to deliver the programme as advertised. We may need to make reasonable changes to the facilitator, venue, format, timetable or session content where this does not materially reduce the overall value of the programme.

If we cancel the programme before it starts, or postpone it to a date you cannot attend, you may choose either:

  • a full refund of all programme fees paid; or
  • a transfer of your booking to the next available programme date.

If a session cannot take place because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue closure, illness, transport disruption, government restrictions or other events beyond our control, we may rearrange the session, use an appropriate online format, or offer an alternative date. We will take reasonable steps to give you notice and provide a fair alternative.

Our liability is limited to the programme fees paid. We are not responsible for indirect costs or losses, including travel, accommodation, loss of earnings or business interruption.

05

Participation & conduct.

Business Unboxed is intended to be a constructive, respectful and confidential small-group environment. We may ask an attendee to leave the programme if their conduct is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, unsafe or materially affects the experience of others. In these circumstances, no refund will be due.

06

Programme outcomes.

The programme provides business education, practical guidance, facilitation and peer discussion. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, employment or other regulated professional advice.

We cannot guarantee a particular business result, financial outcome, increase in sales, time saving or other result. Each participant remains responsible for their own decisions, actions and use of information shared during the programme.

07

Statutory rights.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are purchasing as a consumer rather than in the course of a business, you may have additional statutory rights.
